Christi Billington received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology from Florida State University in 2008. Christi began her professional career as a claims assistant for a medical malpractice company in 2000. She holds an Accredited Customer Service Representative Designation (ACSR), Accredited Advisor of Insurance Designation (AAI) and is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Christi is involved in several community and professional organizations including the Junior League of Tallahassee, American Heart Association, and Young Agents Council of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents. Christi in 2015 was named the Florida Outstanding Customer Service Representative by the National Alliance. Christi enjoys running races with her husband and going to Disney with her daughter.
